• Babylon Clothing Company is not responsible for courier shipping delays, or lost, or stolen packages.

• Shipping is non-refundable

Return Policy

Suppose you have changed your mind or are unsatisfied with an item purchased online at Babylon Clothing Company. In that case, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of the item(s) to obtain a refund by following the steps outlined below.

• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition.

• All packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
